How do I log in to my account?

You can log in to your account by using the Login link on the menu of the site VemmaVault.com. After clicking Login, a window will pop-up asking for your user name and password. Your user name is your complete email address (xxxxx@yyyyy.com). Your password was selected when you initially placed your order. Both your email address and your password are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as they were when you placed your order.

I've lost my password!

Your password can be sent to your email address by using the Lost Password link on the Login to your account tab.

When will I receive my Tools?

Orders are sent to our network of printers throughout the country everyday. Most orders are printed and shipped within 24-48 hours. You can view the status of your order by logging in to your account control panel. Once you are logged in, click View Order Invoice History. A list of your orders will be displayed. The FedEx Tracking number for your order will be displayed as soon as we receive this info from FedEx. You can track your order at http://FedEx.com

I've placed my order, but I never received a confirmation email?

If your order was placed within normal business hours, Monday thru Friday (PST), it is confirmed as soon as we receive Approval from Cybersource. If it was placed outside of normal business hours, it will be confirmed at the start of the next business day. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation email.

There are a number of possible explanations for not receiving a confirmation email.

I inputted the wrong info on my order!

Orders are submitted to our printers by 6pm pst each day and the printing process begins immediately. Please contact support vemmavault@leadstowealth.com and we can try to stop your order and make the updates before they are printed. We can not guarantee that an order can be stopped after you have confirmed and submitted the order.
