This website is owned and operated by Leads To Wealth, Inc., a Nevada corporation. Our site gathers personal information and this privacy policy explains what we do with it. By visiting our site and/or buying products and/or services on our site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy and expressly agreeing to accept offers from us, our customers, and/or any third party to whom we may resell your information. If you do not agree to our policies, then do not use our site and do not purchase leads or services from us.
There are two ways that we collect personal information about you when you use our site: actively and passively. We actively collect information from you by prompting you to fill in fields on various web pages. The information we actively collect may include: your name, address, e-mail address, account password, association affiliation, type and number of leads or services you order, the price of the leads or services you order, how you would like to receive your leads or services, and payment information. In general, we do not sell, license, transfer, and/or share any of your personal information. The only present exceptions to this policy are that 1) we use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services; and 2) we may use an outside fulfillment company to drop ship any products that you may order from or through us. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. You can “opt out” of providing some of this information by not entering it when asked, which will affect your ability to use or purchase any of our offered leads, services and/or products. Additionally, we may collect any correspondence that you send us, or that other users and/or customers send us about you.
We also collect information from you passively. We gather certain information automatically which we may store in log files and/or databases. .This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, access data ,and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to analyze site access, to analyze site click-through, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We also use this information for fraud detection and/or prevention. Some of this information is collected by third parties simply for the purposes of determining traffic data. We also use cookies for record-keeping purposes. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. We set a persistent cookie to store your passwords, so you don’t have to enter it more than once. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such as the checkout process, will be limited.
We use the personal information we collect about you for billing purposes, to fulfill your order, and to pay commissions and/or fees to any applicable third party. We will use this information to contact you if we have trouble processing your order. Also, we will use this information to contact you about offers in which we believe you may be interested.
Our policy regarding how we use your personal information may change in the future. It is foreseeable that our business will grow such that the personal information you provide is will be of interest and value to other businesses. Thus, we reserve the right to sell, license, and/or transfer your personal information to other entities for direct marketing purposes and you expressly agree to such sale, license, and/or transfer. Furthermore, in the event that we sell, license, and/or transfer your personal information to another entity for direct marketing purposes—or in the alternative event that we desire to contact you for direct marketing purposes—you expressly consent to being contacted by telephone by us, our affiliates, and/or any third party with whom we sell, license, and/or transfer your personal information, for a period of three months after the date of your consent. This consent expressly authorizes you to be contacted even if you have registered on a state or national do-not-call registry.
We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this privacy policy. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
